If you plan to join us in Los Olivos for January’s wine club pick-up party, you can be one of the first to experience a fun and immersive cooking class with The Bear and Star’s very own Chef Trent Shank.

Over three hours on Friday, Jan. 25, Chef Shank will demonstrate advanced culinary techniques as he prepares a delicious winter menu of Lyonnaise salad, Coq a Vin, and brown butter crepes for dessert.

You’ll get to follow along, assisting in the preparations and sampling the delicious menu before sitting down to enjoy the meal with a pairing of the Wine Club’s First Quarter wine selections.
