Description

"The 2016 Brut Cuvée is more Pinot Noir-dominated and checks in as 67% Pinot Noir and 33% Chardonnay that has 8 grams of dosage. It's similarly colored compared to the Blanc de Blancs and offers more stone fruits, white flowers, toasted bread, and honeysuckle. It's another rich, beautifully balanced, serious effort that has depth, density, and balance. It's going to evolve nicely as well." ~ Jeb Dunnuck

The 2016 Fesstivity Brut Cuvee is a gorgeous blend of pinot noir (67%) and chardonnay (33%) from Rio Vista and Parker West vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills AVA. Extended time en tirage has amplified the satisfying aromas of pie crust and biscuit with complementary hints of kumquat, honey suckle and lemon meringue.  The fine, persistent bubbles deliver delicate flavors of red apple, vanilla, Meyer lemon, golden delicious apple and lemon cream.
