Description

The 2016 vintage of Roussanne is entirely sourced from Camp Four Vineyard located deep within the eastern side of the Santa Ynez Valley. This vineyard typically sees long warm days during harvest, which caters to Roussanne as it is a late ripening varietal. This leads to a wine that is rich and full bodied with dominant flavors of honey, ornage zest, vanilla and graham cracker. Aromas of honeysuckle, lemon and mandarin orange with hints of pie crust, starfruit and vanilla that can't be missed.

Roussanne is a food-friendly wine that can be enjoyed with a wide variety of seafood dishes, especially shelfish, cod lobster or crab, but also pairs well with roasted chicken, pork, cream sauces and even spicy dishes.
