Description

"...Scented of baked yellow apple, Anjou pear, toast, wet stone, acacia, almonds and candle smoke, it's medium to full-bodied, round and creamy in the mouth with a good core of fruit and spices, tangy acidity and a long, textured finish." ~ Wine Advocate

"...Fermentation and aging in barrel give the wine its notable textural breadth. Apricot, peach, chamomile and dried flowers all meld together in this racy, extroverted white." ~ Antonio Galloni's Vinous

A light straw color in the glass, this Rhoné blend offers tropical aromas of white flowers, jasmine and honeydew melon that marry well with vanilla, nectarine and orange marmalade. Tangerine, vanilla and almond flavors flood the palate followed by hints of honeysuckle and lemon cream. Pair with shellfish, chicken, pork and vegetable dishes prepared with savory butter or cream sauces.
