This year we are excited to have The Bear & Star on property smoking pasture raised pork dishes with their 30-foot custom reverse-flow Texas smoker. Their focus on organic, pasture raised pork will pair beautifully with our pinot noir and make for a festive, mouthwatering, family style meal.
So join us as we raise a glass of our own Fesstivity sparkling wine and toast our winemaking team and Mother Nature in thanks for a successful harvest.
