In 1989 the Fess Parker family planted its first block of own-rooted Riesling at the home ranch. Later renamed to "Rodney's Vineyard" in memory of Fess' late son-in-law, this Riesling block has delivered fantastic quality and been a mainstay of our Rieslings over the years.
Our Dry Riesling is a beautiful wine aromatically showing notes of white flowers, ginger and Meyer lemon. On the palate, you will find flavors of lemon and Key lime as well as a light mineral character, backed by a lively, crisp, sleek texture.
This Riesling works well with seafood, Asian, Thai, sushi, veggies, garlic and lighter poultry or pork entrees.
