Upon purchasing, you will first receive an order confirmation email for your records. This will be followed by an email containing a PDF gift certificate with instructions on how to redeem (please allow up to 24 hours to receive) which will be emailed to you, the purchaser, which you can then print or forward to your recipient. The certificate will contain a one-time-use code which the recipient can use to book their ride via Tock.
