2021 Fesstivity Blanc de Noirs

The delicate, persistent bubbles and straw color with a hint of salmon are harbingers of great things to come. You will detect hints of brioche, ginger and lemon rind on the nose. The palate offers up gorgeous citrus and tangerine flavors tempered by mineral notes and a delicious yeasty/pastry dough element as a result of extended time laying en tirage.

2021 Fesstivity Brut Cuvée

Sta. Rita Hills | $52

The new vintage of our Fesstivity Brut Cuvée is finally here and is our most complex sparkling wine to date.

This sparkling blend, comprised of roughly 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, spends an extended time en tirage which adds complexity and brings out unique characteristics. This wine is a pale straw color and has fine, persistent bubbles. It is light and flowery on the nose and has a palate dominated by lemon cream, pear, roasted cashew and a hint of nectarine.
