Roussanne is a delicate, late-ripening grape that, with a little care and patience, makes a beautifully aromatic and full-bodied wine. Our 2021 Roussanne, sourced from SIP Certified Camp Four Vineyard, is a golden straw color in the glass with an alluring bouquet of ripe stone fruits, hints of honeysuckle and citrus, and delicate floral undertones. The palate offers a harmonious balance of luscious fruit, a touch of vanilla and bright acidity leading to a crisp, vibrant finish.

2020 Epiphany Mourvedré

Rodney's Vineyard | Santa Barbara County | $40

If you are a Cabernet Sauvignon fan, you would be missing out if you didn't give Mourvèdre a try. This wine is a rustic full-bodied alternative originating from Spain. Black cherry and wild black raspberry are prominent on the nose, followed up by leather, scorched earth and vanilla with a hint of rose petal. Bold black cherry and plum flavors are complemented by wild thyme, cinnamon, vanilla and baking chocolate on the palate.

Pair this Mourvèdre with barbecue, pork shoulder or beef short ribs. For a vegetarian alternative, try a wild rice and shiitake / portobello mushroom based dish.
