Description

Our inaugural vintage of Fesstivity’s “Anniversary Cuvée” was released in honor of the Fess Parker Winery’s 30th anniversary. This was a milestone we felt especially proud of as a family owned and operated business.

The Anniversary Cuvée is a special wine that’s made using Méthode Champenoise techniques and bottle aged en tirage for an extended period of time. It represents our commitment to making the best wines that we possibly can, year after year.

While every anniversary might not be as noteworthy as a 30th, we’ve continued to make a very limited amount of this wine each vintage as a way of commemorating the time that has passed and the opportunity we’ve had to continue doing what we love as a family.

Cheers to whatever anniversary you may be celebrating!

Wine Critic Reviews
"…terrific. Baked apple tart, brioche, dried flowers, mint and marzipan are some of the notes that grace this super-expressive sparkling wine. All the elements are very nicely balanced. The six grams of dosage works quite well here." ~ Antonio Galloni's Vinous "Crisp aromas of orange pith cut into the dough and light smoke elements on the nose of this magnum-sized bottling, which is a blend of 63% Chardonnay and 37% Pinot Noir. The doughy aspect carries into the palate, where lemon peel and refreshing apple flavors arise." ~ Wine Enthusiast
