Description
Santa Barbara County is home to many highly regarded vineyard sites, known for their exceptionally cool climate, low yields and sandy soils. This American Tradition Reserve Red Blend not only benefits from the pedigree of such vineyards but also from the care taken in hand picking and hand sorting the fruit, whole cluster fermentation and gentle basket pressing. The wine is a rich, well-structured blend, showing dark fruit flavors with a touch of oak, and soft tannins that lead to a lengthy finish. It is aged in 100% French oak where it develops complexity and nuance. A Santa Barbara red blend that is sure to find many fans.
