Description
The 2018 Roussanne is a food-friendly white wine that is rich, silky and maybe even a little exotic. Enjoy a bouquet of honeysuckle, beeswax, lemon, Mandarin orange, pie crust and vanilla. Crisp and refreshing on the palate, you will note flavors of citrus, honey, graham cracker, vanilla and orange zest with this Roussanne.
This wine is perfect for pairing with seafood, especially shellfish, but don't be afraid to try with pâté, roasted chicken, cream sauces or spicy dishes.
