Description
Roussanne is a delicate, late-ripening grape that, with a little care and patience, makes a beautifully aromatic and full-bodied wine. Our 2021 Roussanne, sourced from SIP Certified Camp Four Vineyard, is a golden straw color in the glass with an alluring bouquet of ripe stone fruits, hints of honeysuckle and citrus, and delicate floral undertones. The palate offers a harmonious balance of luscious fruit, a touch of vanilla and bright acidity leading to a crisp, vibrant finish.
The 2021 Roussanne's bright acidity, balanced fruit profile, and subtle oak nuances make it a versatile wine for food pairings. Try it with grilled or pan-seared scallops, roast chicken, creamy mushroom risotto or soft cheeses.
