Description
For those of you not familiar, a carbonic style wine is made using a technique in which whole bunches of uncrushed grapes are fermented at the berry level, creating a fresh, fruit forward and low tannin red wine.
On the wine spectrum, this Carbonic Grenache falls somewhere between a rosé and a traditional red. It’s a refreshing, low alcohol wine that should be served chilled.
Our Carbonic is SIP (Sustainable in Practice) Certified and made exclusively with Grenache from our estate vineyard, Rodney’s. The poppies on the label are a nod to the view of grass mountain that can be enjoyed from the upper mesa of Rodney’s Vineyard.
We hope you enjoy this seasonal wine. It’s a fun one!
