Description
The new vintage of our Fesstivity Brut Cuvée is finally here and is our most complex sparkling wine to date.
This sparkling blend, comprised of roughly 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, spends an extended time en tirage which adds complexity and brings out unique characteristics. This wine is a pale straw color and has fine, persistent bubbles. It is light and flowery on the nose and has a palate dominated by lemon cream, pear, roasted cashew and a hint of nectarine.
